Carl M. Prather, Inc. (herein referred to as CMP, Inc.) operates on a first-come, 
first-served basis.

I will return your call and/or email as soon as I can.  Please  be as detailed as possible
in the message regarding the problems you are experiencing so that 
I can be working
on a solution for you.  Include any error messages and/or parts 
that are involved in the
problem.

Standard hours of support are from 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.  The hourly
rate is billed at $90/hour (unless otherwise stated in a 
contract or work order
agreement).  This includes, but is not limited to, any on-site support time, 
telephone
technical support, and support by email or instant messaging. 
A minimum of one-quarter
hour will be billed in any event.

Support outside the normal hours of operation, excluding weekends and holidays, 
are billed at $115/hour (unless otherwise stated in a contract or work order agreement).
Weekends and Holidays are billed at $150/hour.  A minimum of one
hour will be billed
in any event.

A travel charge of $70 may apply, per incident, for any area immediately outside  the
Santa Fe City Limits (unless otherwise stated in a contract or work order 
agreement).
For Las Vegas and immediate surrounding areas, Albuquerque
and immediate
surrounding areas, a travel charge of $70 may apply, per incident. 
Other locations will
be billed based on distance and time accordingly.

As you may know, Microsoft has discontinued support for Windows 9x, ME and NT4.
Supplemental support packages are availble through them, for a  nominal fee.
CMP, Inc. does not provide support to Windows 9x, Windows ME 
(Millenium),
and NT4.

System Rebuilds are, on average, $300; this includes reinstallation of your Operating
System and your software (up to 5 packages), configuration of all previous existing hardware
devices,
and all updates/patches related to operating system stability and security.
During a
System Rebuild, all data is deleted, thus it is the responsibility of the client
to
insure their data has been properly backed up.  Data Backups are available for an
additional $150, and the data can then be provided on CD or DVD to client.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice (unless otherwise stated in a contract or  work
order agreement).  Any amount not paid within 15 days of invoice date is
subject to a
5% late fee, compounding weekly on any unpaid amount.  Additional Service and
Support may be denied until payment is received in full.

CMP, Inc. reserves the right, without default of contract or agreement, to refuse to
engage in any
work not directly related to IT services, or perform repairs or
maintenance on
equipment, machines, hardware or software outside the scope of our
knowledge. 
Alternative recommendations may be provided.

CMP, Inc. is not, for any purpose, an employee of the client, and does not have any 
authority to sign contracts, note obligations, make purchases, or acquire or dispose
of any property for or on behalf of the client.  Please do not provide a
1099 at the end
of the year; instead, we will be more than happy to provide you
with a W9.

Computers and Computer Equipment are, if nothing else, consistently inconsistent.
CMP, Inc. makes no express or implied warranty, including, but not limited to, any 
warranty of quality, performance, merchantability or fitness for any purpose, with 
respect to any services performed, goods or recommendations.  In no event shall
CMP, Inc. be
liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential losses (including,
but not limited
to, lost profits or lost data), arising from or related to any services
performed.

CMP, Inc. will not sell or distribute user information to third-parties. If you have 
voluntarily submitted user information to us through an e-mail or contact form, 
CMP, Inc. maintains your security by ensuring the information is only distributed 
within CMP, Inc.  This enables us to respond to your request about a product or 
service.

The Carl M. Prather, Inc. web site provides links to other third party web sites. 
Even if the third party is affiliated with Carl M. Prather, Inc. through a business 
partnership or otherwise, Carl M. Prather, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy 
policies or practices or the content of such external links. These links are provided
